    Haha! Too cute! How do you get the yolks in alignment??

    Thnxs! I separated the eggs and cooked the whites for a few seconds before carefully placing the yolks on the still runny egg whites.

    'Crunchy galet' is just the name of the hash brown I used from 'McC...' brand. It's also called Rosti but it's basically a grated potato patty.:p
