How to make Black figs and vanilla jam


Wash and dry carefully  the black figs .Thinly slices figs  and place them  in a saucepan.Pour the  sugar, add the vanilla beans  and the juice of 1 lemon.

Cover and let stand for one hour. Put  the pot on the fire, bring to a boil and turn off.
Put  the mixture in the refrigerator for whole night.
Day after put figs on the fire, cook the jam for about ten minutes , stirring occasionally.
Put  the breast in jars clean, close and leave to cool  head down.
