How to make Geisha Lovebite
Chill a martini glass.
Muddle half of a ginger flower petal in a mixing glass.
Add rest of ingredients into mixing glass (except garnishes) and shake for 10 seconds.
Double strain content from the shaker into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with ginger flower petals and pineapple leaves.

BenNg saysThere's no exact replacement for sake, however if you have a nice Japanese shochu (Kanoka is a good one as it's got a smooth fruity character) or vodka at hand, that'll do the trick as well. The reason for the sake is that it has a distinctive sweetness and spicy note that goes well with the bouquet of the ginger flower. Cheers!
