I’m half Dutch, half Indonesian, but seem to have an Anglo-mindset.
Since the Dutch have always been too Protestant to allow themselves to enjoy food, it must be my Indonesian background that propels my interest in cookery.
My favourite dish is probably Chinese Roast Pork.
