Ingredients
- 1 cod fillet
- 2 spring onions, sliced

- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 table spoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 lemon
- salt
- one hand full of sea-aster (aster tripolium)
- two carrots, cut in strips
- two bunches of black tagliatelle
- olive oil
