Ingredients

  • 1 cod fillet
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 table spoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon
  • salt
  • one hand full of sea-aster (aster tripolium)
  • two carrots, cut in strips
  • two bunches of black tagliatelle
  • olive oil
