    th japanese way to cook them is to "fry-steam" them. you heat some oil in a pan and fry the gyoza on both sides until it gets some color then you pour some water in the same pan and put a tight lid on it right away. the idea is for the water to steam the gyoza and cook the inside.

    Never underestimate my dumpling eating ability. I made about 150 only last weekend and I think they're already half gone!

    HAH if we make it into an EATING competition you have already lost. I'd be victorious hands down and you'd get the one with wasabi lol.
