Ingredients

  • Fresh or defrosted salmon

  • Mushrooms

  • Light soysauce

  • Sesame oil

  • Diced red onions

  • Diced that green stuff (sorry only know it in Chinese :( )

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

This is one my better "experimental" dishes that turned out to be very good! A perfect in-home-romatic-with-wine-on-valentine dish!! A light and healthy eat too.

  1. Prepare two stripes of as seen in the photo. Sprinkle black pepper and salt on the salmon.

  2. Wrap the salmon with aluminum foil as if you were going to bbq it, bake in 450 F for about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Take the salmon out and lightly fry one side, then set aside.

  4. To prepare the mushrooms, lightly cut big "X's" on the top to allow for fast cooking , place in pan and cook with light soysauce for about 3 minutes in high heat.

  5. Organize the dish, sprinkle the diced foods around, and top the salmon with a small spray of Sesame oil. Enjoy.

Serves one.
