Ingredients
- Focaccia Bread
- Oven
- Bowls
- Food processor
- Resealable zip-lock bags
- Freezer section
- One month
- Bake focaccia bread in the oven. ONLY freshly baked bread will do.
- Tear the freshly baked focaccia up into pieces that are about 1 inch x 3.4 inch x 2.7 inch (I measured the biggest piece. Yes.) and smaller.
- Place the torn up focaccia into the food processor.
- Put the lid of the food processor on securely.
- Plug in the food processor and turn on the power.
- Press the button that indicates you are using the blades to PULVERISE the bread.
- Pour the pulverised bread into resealable zip-lock bags.
- Keep the pulverised bread in the resealable zip-lock bags in the freezer section for up to one month.
- Wait one month.
- Pour out into bowl.
- Admire dry creation. Use as garnish, decoration, bulker, pet food, confetti...

I love the title, haha. This is how I make my breadcrumbs too.. only I normally use day-old-bread, instead of freshly baked stuff.
