Ingredients
- Roma tomato, chopped
- White onion, chopped
- Romaine lettuce, chopped
- White corn taco shells
- 1 package of meatless ground meat (any health food store will have them)
- 1 package spicy taco seasonings (Tacobell Brand is my favorite)
- water (for taco seasoning)

How to make Simple Vegan Tacos
- Serves about 10-12 tacos with 1 package of vegan meat.
- The meatless taco meat will come with directions on how to cook it. Follow those steps first, you'll need a non-stick skillet.
- Mix in taco seasonings, and follow directions on seasoning packet.
- Fill taco shells with a layer of the meat, then the onions, lettuce, and tomato.
