How to make Yummy Homemade Fried Rice and Shrimp
- *Have the rice cooked and ready before you start.
- In a small frying pan, scramble the beaten egg, then set aside.
- In a medium sized skillet, heat 3 Tbs olive oil and 2 Tbs sesame oil at med-high heat. Lightly cook the onion, celery and shallot.
- Add the thawed shrimp and stir in 1 Tbs stir-fry sauce. Cook uncovered for about 6 minutes or so, stirring frequently.
- Add the rice and mixed veggies. Stir in soy sauce, but measure to your taste so you don't have too salty of rice. Turn heat down to med-low.
- Add the egg, stir well.
