Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cup of green lentils
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 a tsp of black pepper
- Boil lentils for half a hour in water.
- Chop onions and fry them until there almost burned.
- Add rice to onion and fry together.
- Add lentils to rice and onion, add four cups of boiling water, the salt and pepper.
- Cook with lid on, on low heat until there is no water left.
