    looks really good. I am a fan of a meat pie on occasion. Some of these ingredients I would have to look up though--my Italian isn't the greatest.

    Looks good. I can understand the recipe enough to have an idea of the steps involved in making this. would you recommend a substitute for pancetta or prosciutto if they aren't available in the store?
