Ingredients
A decent dessert for four people uses:
2 sheets of puff pastry
1 green apple, peeled, cored and sliced
Butter for brushing
Sugar for sprinkling
How to make Easy, delicious apple pastry
Preheat oven to 220 degrees celsius. Cut the pastry into four pieces (half then half again), place on tray with baking paper and scour the pastry a centimetre from the edge all around (i.e. use a knife to cut a line around the pastry a centimetre from the edge without cutting all the way through).
