Ingredients

Ok…this is a bratwurst, but it is still freaking good.

  • 3 bratwurst
  • 1 cup of beer
  • salt, pepper
  • 5 cups of boiled potato
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  1. Put cooked potato in a food processor, add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Blend until potato is creamy.
  2. Start a sauce pan with beer, salt and pepper. Boil bratwurst for 10 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, pan fry bratwurst until brown, add onion. Cook until onion is fragrant.
  4. Serve bratwurst on top of the mashed potato.
