Ingredients
- Some chicken (legs, wings, or half of a chicken)
- 7-10 Chinese mushrooms
- salt
- 8 cups of water
A very healthy traditional Chinese dish. It is believed that this dish can improve your energy.
- Bring water to a boil and add chicken.
- Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
- Add Chinese mushrooms and salt. Cook for another 20 minutes.
