This is my aunt’s easy recipe. It is also a wonderful party finger food.
- 1 box of egg tofu
- some cilantro leafs
- 2-3 salty egg yolks

How to make Egg Tofu
- cut egg tofu into small pieces and fry them in a pan
- put cilantro leafs on top of tofu
- cut egg yolks into small pieces and place them on the very top of the tofu.
These are soooo pretty and love tofu! We had to make a video to prove all tofu haters wrong!
