Ingredients
This is a new thing for us. Taste great and is very economical.
* beet greens * 2 strips of bacon * salt, pepper * some chicken broth- chop the leaf into bit sized pieces. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
- fry the bacon in a pan until almost cooked. Add salt while cooking.
- add beet greens.
- add chicken broth, cover. Cook until stems soften.
- add salt and pepper as desired.
