Strawberry Wine

Ingredients

Strawberry wine. This is my first attempt, so I am not sure how it will turn out.

* 1 lb of sugar * 4 lbs of strawberries * 1 lime * 1/2 cups of liquor (I used Vodka)
  1. Wash all of the strawberries. Air dry.
  1. Wash all of the strawberries. Air dry.
  2. Put strawberries in a clean, air tight glass container.
  3. Add sugar, lime and hard liquor. Seal the bottle as well as you can. Leave it in a shaded area.
  4. Shake the container once a day for the first 2 days. After 2 days, never move the bottle until you are ready to enjoy it. It should be ready in 3-6 months. I’ll let you know if I am successful.
