Agar Agar Jelly

Ingredients

  • 1 package agar agar powder (25g)
  • 7 cups water (can be replace with whatever flavor liquid you want)

  • 2 cups sugar (more or less depending on ur taste)

  • Pandan

  • Vitasoy
  • Vita Chocolate Milk

Next time I'll use Vitasoy Honey-Dew Melon...its my favourite ^^

*Still experimenting w/ this o.O

  1. Mix agar agar with water and let it rest for ½ hour.

  2. Then bring mixture to a boil

  3. Add sugar, stir until dissolve.

  4. Add coloring

  5. Fill into molds. Cool, then refrigerate.

    My mum makes it with sweetcorn and coconut milk. Sounds weird in writing...
