Just put them in a shallow pan, sprinkle with garlic pepper or something close to that and bake uncovered at 325, 20 minutes a pound. About an hour and a half usually. If they are skinless, toss in olive oil first and cover. http://www.goarticles.com/cgi-bin/showa.cgi?C=2041202
