why do you use kewpie mayo? is there any reason for that. i'll try it but just wanted to know.
Your bread looks so nice! I'm going to try bread today, but my recipe is old and doesn't have oven temperatures. Hopefully mine will turn out as good as yours.

Dipping your hands in salt water will make it easier to form by hand. It stops the rice from sticking to you (it ends up everywhere!) or your hands as much.
I've always been wary of cottage cheese, but I love everything with honey. I'll have to get a small tub of cottage cheese to try out at least.
