I LOVE this cookies!! What a GREAT idea to use pecans! My mom usually makes this with cashew nuts or almonds. Next time I'll try pecans, thank you for sharing the recipe. And also, adding some shredded edam cheese will bring out extra savory flavor :)
No problem... its a little challenging to make. Just be sure not to over beat the dough or the cake will fall, and under beating it will do the same. when looking at dough, just make sure its not gritty!
