- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 T almond oil
- Honey, to taste

How to make Golden Milk
Boil water and turmeric in a small saucepan, over medium high heat, for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, in another saucepan, bring almond oil and milk to the boiling point and then remove from heat. Combine the two mixtures and add honey as desired.
