Ingredients
Raspberry - Sauce:
- 170 g raspberrys
- 1 table spoon water
- 2 table-spoon sugar
Dough:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 1 pack vanille sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 4 eggs
Other:
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Powdered sugar for decoration
This Rasperrytorte is very easy to make and smells & tastes delicious!!! You can use also other berrys! Great for a good cup of coffee and also with some whipped cream! Enjoy.
- Boil up the raspberrys, water and 2 table spoons of sugar in a pan. Let it cool.
- The butter stir until creamy.
- Add the sugar, vanille sugar and salt.
- Stir one egg after the other beneath.
- Mix the rasperry-compote beneath.
- Add the flour and baking powder.
- Fill the whole dough into your round cake pan.
- Bake it for 50 min., underpart of the convection oven, 160° degress. (or 180° degress in a "normal" oven)
- Take out, cool and enjoy! :-)
