Ingredients

  • Baguette/ 500g
  • Margarine
  • Maple syrup

Dipper ingredients

  • Egg/ 2
  • Sugar/ 70g
  • Fresh Cream/ 200cc
  • Milk/ 500cc
  • Ice wine/ 5 teaspoons
  • Vanilla Essence/ A little
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix all the dipper ingredients.
  3. Cut a baguette into small chunks.
  4. Dip the baguette pieces in the dipper.
  5. Place a sheet of aluminum foil on a baking tray and apply some margarine on the sheet.
  6. Place the baguette on the tray after squeezing and dripping off the dipper a little bit.
  7. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the crust looks crispy.
  8. Serve with maple syrup.

    Thank you, Sinbad! I used to use rum liquor. One day I was out of it... and then tried with ice wine. So rum will also do.
