1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup plain flour
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped nuts of your choice

How to make Brownie
Preheat oven to 160c
Combine butter and chocolate in medium saucepan; stir over low heat until chocolate melted. Transfer to bowl; add sugar and egg then sifted flour, sour cream and nuts. Spread into the pan
Bake for 35 minutes and cool in pan
This brownie can be made 2 days in advance. Served warm with vanilla ice cream.
