Ingredients
Serving: 2-3- 500 g Pig Liver, cut and sliced
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 5 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Brown rum (or any similar alcohol drink, e.g. brandy)
- 2 tbsp oil

How to make Fried Pig Liver with Black Pepper and Garlic
Utensils: Sauce pan, bowl
- Wash liver, then slice and cut (see photo)
- Put into a bowl then pour milk, leave for 15 minutes
- Rinse milk away
- Put salt, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper and rum; mix them well
- Leave for 5 minutes
- Put oil into a saucepan, turn on high heat, wait until the oil is hot
- Put liver with mixed ingredients and fry until there is no blood coming out of the liver
- Be careful, don't fry for too long because the liver will get overcooked
- Serving with jasmine rice
