Ingredients
Serving: 6- 1 kg pork fillet (or loin, if you like juicy meat)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 250 ml grape juice
- salt and pepper

How to make Roast Pork in Grape Juice
Utensils: Deep pan, Kitchen string
- Tie the meat neatly with kitchen string and brush with some of the olive oil
- Put the remaining oil in a deep pan, add the pork and cook over high heat, turning frequently, until browned all over
- Add the grape juice, lower the heat, cover and simmer for about 1 - 1.5 hours until the pork is tender and the sauce has thickened
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Lift out the meat, untie it and carve into slicesĀ
- Place on a warm serving dish and spoon the sauce over them
