trixtahYum, very nice and easy to be flexible with. I used tinned tomatoes and cumin, chilli, sumac, thyme and bay leaf in the chicken sauce. I added some courgette/zucchini when I fried up the vegetables for the couscous, and used oregano and fresh flat parsley for herbs. It all turned out great!
