How to make Eat Like a Sumo Wrestler
A sumo stable is a place where sumo wrestlers live and train. They are generally closed to the public. This past summer, Athena Ho of the Japan National Tourist Organization in Toronto, visited the Arashio Stable, one of 53 sumo stables in Japan. There, she tasted the customary hot pot dish and the Oyakata, or stable master, shared his recipe with her. Check out the recipe!
