- 3 lemons
- 1 liter of water
- 2 teaspoons sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
- 4 tablespoons sugar

How to make Fresh Sparkly Lemonade
This is really quickly made, the sodium bicarbonate is added to get carbon dioxide as a chemical reaction occurs with the acidity of the lemon juice. You can obviously do without it being sparkly and omit the baking soda.
- squeeze the lemons
- add the water
- add the sugar and sodium bicarbonate
- stir
- serve chilled
