Ingredients
- red pepper
- onion
- cucumber
- cooked seafood like king prawns, shrimps, mussels, crab sticks, octopus etc.
- vinegar
- olive oil
- parsley
- salt and pepper
The ingredients and quantities for this Spanish tapa dish can vary
quite a lot, so I don´t give you the quantities or measurements. Do it
as you wish.
- Chop the pepper, cucumber and onion in small pieces
- cut up if necessary the crab sticks, octopus etc.
- add the seafood to the vegetable mixture
- dress with vinegar and oil
- season with salt and pepper
- sprinkle some parsley on top
- serve cold
