How to make Grilled pork chops with garlic lime sauce
Mix together lime juice, garlic, red-pepper flakes. Whisk in olive oil. Salt to taste. Add chopped corriander just before serving.
Salt and pepper pork chops. Grill until done, about 5 minutes a side for a 1-inch thick pork chop. Serve with lime and garlic sauce drizzled on top, with remainder on the side. (I forgot to add the sauce when I took the pic).
This goes really well with black-bean and tomato quinoa.
Both were recipes from epicurious, which I've simplified somewhat.
