German Fleisch Salad (very simple to prepare!)

Ingredients
- 1 (appr.200 g) Lyon Sausage/ fine pork sausage which is stiff enough to slice
- 3 medium - big pickled cucumbers
- 150 g Mayonaise (make it yourself! It's easy..)
- 1/2 teasp fine, mild Mustard
- Seasoning fresh black pepper and a pinch of sea salt
- 3-5 stalks fresh parsley
- 2-3 small branches of fresh dill
Cut the cucumbers and sausage into small cubes (approx. 1-2 cm chunks). Chop up the herbs. Mix all ingredients well and keep cool.
Tip: You can keep your fresh Fleisch Salad up to 10 days covered in the fridge. It is delicious and filling on following: - Salad (as dressing) - with boiled, hot floury potatoes as a side - on hearty bread - as a sandwich filler instead of plain Mayonaise
