    That sounds ingenious, I want to try. I like to use Brazilian pink peppercorns (Schinus). They have a sweeter peppery taste that makes just about anything good (especially soups and meats). You can get them at Whole Foods markets.

    Thanks! Now you got me thinking... how can you make scrapple Asian? I got it. Scrapple fried rice. Much like Hawaiian Spam fried rice, but with scrapple.
