Ingredients
Used two of Yongfook's dishes to put this together, with the inclusion of rice. Because I'm THAT much of a rice-boy.
- Tuna
- Aparagus sauce
- Rice (brown and white rice)
For the tuna. I cut the strips a bit thicker than the recipe and used a mixture of black and white sesame seeds.
For the sauce. I followed the soup recipe, but made it a bit thicker by not adding any of the stock water. Also added two cloves of garlic during the water's boil and added the post boiled garlic into the blender with the asparagus.
Also, in order for the "sauce" to fit better with the tuna, I added a bit of wasabi while blending.

MrsThPoint saysoh...my goodness. I always love this way to prepare Tuna.
-
iconsam saysA good tip is to keep the tuna in room temperature (i.e. cook immediately after purchasing without putting in the refrigerator).

Kuykendall saysI wonder if you could use the Asparagus Sauce as part of a filling for a Puff pastry. If you added the tuna it would be "Spartacus to go"
