Ingredients
- Shimeji mushrooms (also known as the Brown Beech mushrooms)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Some olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- A dollop of sour cream
- 1 slice of toast
- The mushrooms grow together in one massive orgy of stalks and roots which kinda resemble a tiny planet so separate each one of them by chopping the stalks. Goodbye shroom planet!
- Wash them mushrooms to get rid of all the soil and dirt.
- Put some olive oil in the pan and throw in the chopped garlic.
- Once the garlic's all fragrant and browned, dump the lot of shrooms in and saute til it's cooked!
- Season with salt and lots of pepper~
- Place cooked mushrooms onto toast
(If you're going to serve it later, refrigerate the mushrooms before serving or your toast will get soggy!) - Add a dollop of sour cream on top and eat!
- Btw this tastes awesome on bruschetta as well ;D
