Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pounds fingerling or red potatoes cut into bite sized chunks
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 3 stalks green onions, sliced (optional)

How to make Roasted Potatoes
Place baking sheet in oven and preheat oven to 450 degrees (This will help prevent sticking and help brown cut side of potatoes).
Place potatoes, oil and soup mix in a large Ziploc bag; seal and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty bag onto prepared baking pan. Bake, stirring halfway through, for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions and return to oven for 10 more minutes.
*If not using green onions, bake for a total of 45 minutes.

saridout saysi made these this evening, and the flavor was really good, but they stuck to the pan quite a bit. i might recommend stirring them even more often than indicated above.
