Ingredients
~ chicken fillet, thinly sliced~ onion, fine chopped
~ shitake mushroom, sliced
~ sesame oil
~ teriyaki sauce
~ corn flour
~ pepper powder
~ oil
~ marinated the chicken fillet with sesame oil, pepper powder & teriyaki sauce for 20 min, add on 2 spoons of corn floor
~ heat up the wok with oil, sweat the onions & mushroom till soft
~ add on chicken fillet stir fried together with onions & mushroom till well cooked.
