- 1 - 2 eggs (whisk with fork) ~ egg wash
- square wantan skin (big piece)
- seaweed in square piece (roast / non roast)
- cooking oil for frying

How to make Crispy seaweed cracker
- peel one wantan skin, lay nicely on cutting board. brush the egg wash on it, place the seaweed, fold the wantan skin to cover it. (fold into half)
- use scissor to cut into shredded pieces (like ur last finger bite size)
- heat up cooking oil in wok, put the seaweed & wantan skin for frying till golden brown, remove and set aside
