Ingredients

  • 1 - 2 eggs (whisk with fork) ~ egg wash
  • square wantan skin (big piece)
  • seaweed in square piece (roast / non roast)
  • cooking oil for frying

How to make Crispy seaweed cracker


  1. peel one wantan skin, lay nicely on cutting board. brush the egg wash on it, place the seaweed, fold the wantan skin to cover it. (fold into half)
  2. use scissor to cut into shredded pieces (like ur last finger bite size)
  3. heat up cooking oil in wok, put the seaweed & wantan skin for frying till golden brown, remove and set aside
