Ingredients
- 4 nos prawn
- 30gm smoked chicken cocktail sausage
- 1 pkt seaweed
- 30gm enoki mushroom
- 30gm oysterm mushroom
- 2 pkt miso paste
- 1 pkt udon noodle
- 1 no egg
- boil the water, put udon noodle cook till soft, set aside
- boil the water, put prawns, mushrooms, miso paste, sausage.
- add on egg
- pour the soup onto udon noodle, add on seaweed
