Ingredients
~ udon noodle ~ miso paste ~ enoki mushroom ~ shitake mushroom ~ egg ~ kani crab stick ~ beef meat ball
~ boiled the water, put the udon into the water cooked till soft, set aside ~ bring the water to boil, add on miso paste, add on enoki mushroom, shitake mushroom , beef meat ball and kani crab stick ~ Add on the udon noodle with the soup ~ Fried an egg and add on to the udon noodle soup
