Tequila-Lime Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/8 cup tequila (whatever you have on hand!)
- 1/8 cup lime juice
- chopped fresh cilantro
- EVOO
- Sea salt
Throw it all in a ziploc bag and marinate overnight. The acid from the
lime will cook the chicken, but this will be fall-apart tender when you
grill it the next day!
