Ingredients

  • Fresh Basil
  • Sliced tomato
  • Prosciutto di Parma
  • Fresh mozzerella
  • Rustic Itlaian bread
  • EVOO
Not so much of each (we Americans tend to PILE IT ON), on TJ's Tuscan Pane bread, dripped with EVOO. Assemble and plop on panini press. I used the Forman Grill.

    Like classic pizza, fine starch base with good ingredients (agreed re: NOT piling it on) - good stuff!
