I must say that this is one of the most delicious things I have made in ages! I made a couple changes which are more garnish-like than fundamental. Seeing as my lovely girlfriend does not have a grater of any sory, I finely sliced an orange pepper and some kohlrabi (purple, nonetheless), which were both spectacular in the marinade. I also set the whole meal on a bed of baby spinach which made it all fancy looking. Thanks so much for this!
