Ingredients
-1 can Pillsbury Crescent rolls
-4 ripe/fresh Peaches
-3 Tbs. Butter
-1/2 cup Brown Sugar + extra
-1/4 cup + 3 Tbs. Sugar
-3 Tbs. Cinnamon
-1/2 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
-1 Tsp. vanilla
Take the crescent roll and form them into any shape you wish, as long as they are flat on the baking sheet.
Melt 2 Tbs. butter and lightly brush it over the crescent dough. Sprinkle some brown sugar over each one. Bake as directed on the package.
Wash and dice the peaches and set aside for a second. Put the last Tbs. butter into a sauce pan until melted and then add the peaches.
Add brown sugar, 3 Tbs. sugar and 1 Tbs. cinnamon. Cook this until it caramelizes and is bubbling. (Make sure the peaches are cooked before you take them off the heat.)
Take your bowl from the freezer and put the heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup sugar, vanilla and 2 Tbs. cinnamon. Mix with a mixer until fluffy and stands in peaks, like whipped cream.
Place a crescent on a plate and top with some of the peaches, top it all off with as much whipped cream as you like and enjoy!
(Best when the peaches are still hot and the whipped cream melts on top.)
