How to make Fried Hokkein noodle
Hokkein noodle is famous in Penang here in Malaysia. A plate may cost from RM5 to RM10, Depend where you eat. This noodle is different from the yellow noodle , its a little flat and bigger.
1. Heat oil and fry garlic, add marinated meat and the prawns. fry for a while and then add cuttlefish. Add stock and then noodle .
2. Stir until well blend and add vegetables, cook till gravy dries up a little bit.
3 . Serve hot with chilly sauce if you like spicy.

chynnagal saysI love kuey teow, and I've also gotten my husband (American who never ate real Chinese food until he met me) hooked on it. I usually make it with beef/chicken and bok choy/kailan with oyster sauce and dark soy sauce.
