Ingredients
Ingredients: A12 egg yolks
5 egg whites
300gm fine sugar
150gm flour
1 tbsp ovalette
1tsp baking powder
Ingredient B
250gm butter
8 tbsp condense milk
1 tsp vanilla
Ingredient C:
Green and yellow colouring
150gm Mixed fruits
100gm Chocolate chips or rice

How to make Fruit and chips layered cake
1.Cream ingredient A till thicken and leave aside.
2. Cream B till thicken and mix with A. Divide into 1/3 and 2/3 in separate bowl.
3. 1/3 part of batter add mixed fruit and colour it yellow. 2/3 part of the batter , add chocolate chip and colour it green.
4. Prepare a cake tin of 8 ½ “ x 8 ½ “ x 4 with grease proof paper. Spoon a scoop of green batter in tin and level it thinly. Bake in a preheat oven(250 C) with the above grill only. Bake for 3 mins.
5. Once its cook, taken out and layer again with the green until you get 3 layers. Then after the 3 layers , Spoon the yellow colour with the fruits. Repeat the same process and finally with the green .
6 For the last layer, baked on both heat , top and bottom, for 5 mins. At 180 C.
Leave it cool in tin. Cover cake with foil and store in cool place or fridge for longer life span.
