Indian Fried Rice with Tandoori chicken Recipe

Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice1 egg
Pounded ingredients:
1 tbsp dried prawns
1 red onion
1 pip garlic
1 chilly
1 tbsp fish sauce or a tsp salt
For the Tandoori:
2 chicken thigh- skin off
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp brown sugar

How to make Indian Fried Rice with Tandoori chicken
1. Heat 3 tbsp oil and saute pounded ingredients till aroma. Add egg and scramble it, add rice and mixed well. season to taste. Serve with tandoori chicken.
2. For the Tandoori, marinate chicken for an hour. Then bake in oven (250 C) for 1 hour . Its nicer to BBQ on charcoal.
