2 eggs-beaten
2 tbsp beef jerky or bacon- chopped
pepper
dash of dried chopped parsley

2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese

How to make Omelet with cheese


Heat oil and pour beaten eggs in pan , sprinkle beef jerky, parsley and pepper. then cheese. Fold into half and dish out , serve omelet while still hot.
